Fife & Kimmitt Surveyors is a family-run team of Chartered Surveyors working across the North East of England.
We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors, centrally based in Houghton-le-Spring, covering most of the North East including: Wearside, Tyneside, Northumberland, Durham, Darlington, Cleveland and Teeside.
Our team is headed by Mark Fife, who is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ( FRICS ). Our very experienced team carries out a range of professional services including property valuations and home surveys. All are carried out in accordance with RICS Guidelines and our fully qualified Surveyors are all Registered RICS Valuers.
